  10 organizations (List of Participants is below). CSP1’s High Level Seg
 ment on 24 August was opened by H.E. José Antonio Meade Kuribreña\, Mini
 ster of Foreign Affairs of Mexico. CSP1 was officially opened on 25 August
 . During the first plenary meeting\, Ambassador Jorge Lomónaco\, Permanen
 t Representative of Mexico to the United Nations Office in Geneva\, was el
 ected as the President of the CSP1.Major decisions of the ConferenceAdopte
 d by consensus the Rules of Procedures and the Financial Rules and took no
 te with appreciation of the reporting templates.Approved by consensus to d
 esignate Geneva\, Switzerland as the seat of the Secretariat.Decided upon 
 the appointment of Mr Simeon Dumisani Dladla from South Africa\, as the fi
 rst Head of the Secretariat of the Arms Trade TreatyEstablished a Manageme
 nt Committee composed of States Parties: Côte d'Ivoire\, Czech Republic\,
  France\, Jamaica\, Japan and Nigeria.Elected Ambassador Emmanuel E. Imohe
