Registration, Participation and Testing of online platform
Each individual member of each delegation is requested to register online (here) for the April meetings by 22 April 2022. Anyone who has not registered online will not receive the Zoom link to access the meetings and may not be admitted to the online platform for the meetings.
The April meetings will be held in person with an option for those who cannot attend in person to participate remotely via the Zoom platform.
Participation at meeting Venue (CICG)
COVID-19 measures at meeting venue: There are currently no COVID-19 measures or restrictions in place.
Virtual Participation (Zoom Platform)
Access to the online platform: Delegates that have registered online to the meetings will receive the link to the meetings in the evening of Monday, 25 April 2022. The link will be valid for all sessions of the meetings.
Interpretation from/into Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish will be available during the meetings. Information on how to use the interpretation functionality on the Zoom platform is available here.
Personal Zoom profile: Delegates are requested to ensure that the name of the State or Organization they represent and their surname are displayed in their Zoom profile. This will help the meeting facilitators to identify delegates correctly, if they are called on to speak.
Headset: Delegates are encouraged to use a headset with integrated microphone. This will support interpreters in their work and contribute to good quality of interpretation.
Testing of online platform
Delegates who wish to test or confirm their ability to access the meeting platform are invited to participate in one of the testing sessions that will be hosted by the ATT Secretariat in advance of the meetings.
