Working Group on Transparency and Reporting (WGTR)

Overview

The Working Group on Transparency and Reporting (WGTR) was established by the Second Conference of States Parties to the ATT in 2016 and became a standing Working Group of the Conference by decision of the Third Conference of States Parties to the Arms Trade Treaty in 2017.


Chairs

The WGTR was co-chaired by Ambassador Paul Beijer, of Sweden, and Mr. Guillaume Michel, of Mexico from CSP2 to CSP3. It was chaired by Mr. Guillaume Michel, of Mexico and Mr. Tom Nijs, of Belgium from CSP3 to CSP4.

The current Co-chairs of the WGTR are Mr. Tom Nijs, of Belgium and Ms. Katya Cortés Martínez, of Mexico.
